Dieting is one of the most effective ways of changing your body fat percentage and at the same time, it can also make you skinny or slim, depending on the diet. Dieting is also not too expensive so that’s why many people do it. In some countries, people go to extreme dieting which can be unhealthy at times. Anorexia can be given to people if they do too extreme diets.

Surgery and Plastic Surgery

 

Surgery and plastic surgery are other common methods of altering body shape, but they are not as common as the previous two methods. Plastic surgery is a surgical procedure that has certain pieces of plastic that are placed inside of the body in order to reform the body shape. Normal surgery is when the body is cut open in order to alter the inside of the body. In this situation, surgery is used mostly to remove body fat, while plastic surgery may be used to change the buttocks, breasts, or face. These two methods of body shape changing are relatively expensive compared to the other two methods. That is why this way is less common and most people with more money use this method.

Working out 

 

Working out is another one of the most common methods that people use in order to alter their body shape. Working out will exercise muscles, making them get bigger and bigger over time. Many men and women work out, and for different reasons. Some workout to build up muscles and others work out so that they can combat body fat. Working out can be relatively cheap, only needing to pay for equipment or a gym membership.
